Where listings come from
Apartment Hunter collects publicly listed homes for sale from these portals. Every listing links back to its original page, which stays the authoritative source.
Danbolig (Denmark)
Danbolig's whole public for-sale catalog across Denmark, every property type with a cash price (rentals are not collected).

For each listing we store the facts the portal shows publicly (address, postal district, price, size, rooms, property type, energy label), the link to the original page, and when we first and last saw it. Listings that disappear from a portal are marked inactive and hidden.
Danish postal district names come from GeoNames (CC BY 4.0). Coordinates and municipalities of Danish listings come from Danmarks Adresseregister (DAR), distributed as free public data by Datafordeler (Klimadatastyrelsen); we match each listing's address to the register.
Bucharest seismic risk badges come from the official expertized-buildings list published by AMCCRS (Primăria Municipiului București). Buildings not on that list are shown as unknown / not assessed - never as safe. Optional geocodes may use OpenStreetMap/Nominatim (ODbL) or open CC BY 4.0 point files when provided (for example DupăCutremur / Re:Rise). We do not use purchased hartablocuri.ro bulk data.
What we keep about you
- Account: your email address and a hashed password (we never store the password itself), plus when you joined and last logged in.
- Searches: the filters you save and, if you add one, the work or anchor address with its coordinates.
- Favorites and workflow: listings you save, mark for follow-up or reject, and any notes you write.
- Session cookies: a login session and a CSRF cookie, plus your compare selection while you browse. No advertising or analytics cookies.
- Abuse protection: to rate-limit login and sign-up attempts we keep a short-lived counter per IP address and per email address. Counters expire within an hour.
We do not sell or share your data, and there are no third-party trackers. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts and a small script from jsDelivr, so those services see your IP address when you visit. Anchor addresses you enter are sent to OpenStreetMap's Nominatim service to look up their coordinates.
Your choices
You can remove favorites and edit your searches at any time. You can delete your account, with every search, favorite and note saved with it, from your account page.
